JASNA Southwest board member Jane Boltz’ presentation “Exploring Regency-Era Fashions for Women and Men by a Prejudiced and Amateur Seamstress” is now live on our YouTube channel, where you also catch up on past virtual events. In the illustrated talk, she models many of the Regency clothing she has designed, as well as showing historical “fashion plates” and other tools and tips. Nearly 150 people from all over the world tuned in for the live event on Nov. 14, 2020. The video includes the Q&A session that followed her talk.
Boltz also is making available her fabric sources, indispensable sewing tools, clothing patterns, cravat pattern and an easy guide to folding and tying a cravat.
